PARK RULES & POLICIES
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Trespassing on or through other rental lots or easement areas is prohibited and could be considered a violation of another tenant’s property. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Do not borrow other people’s possessions without asking for permission first. An action that threatens, harasses, or intimidates others is prohibited. Disturbances of the peace or the willful or careless destruction of or inquiry to property in Dogwood RV will not be tolerated. The Landlord assumes no responsibility for personal property left at your site.
All Residents must be registered with management. An adult must accompany residents under the age of 18. After 9:00 p.m., children under 18 are to be at their assigned and registered site.
Residents of this park shall be responsible for all guests and their conduct while in the park.
Pets must always be kept on a LEASH. Our park has two pet dump stations located around the premises; please pick up after your pets. A spacious dog park for your pups to run leash-free is also in the park. Please do not leave pets unattended in our dog park.
Please be respectful of quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am
Please be respectful and keep your lot clean. Household garbage may be discarded at the dark green dumpster at our park’s front right corner (please see map for details). Any other garbage must be taken to the Burke County Dump at 804 Landfill Rd, Waynesboro, GA 30830.
Speed Limit in DOGWOOD R.V. Park is a MAXIMUM OF 10 M.P.H. Please understand that there may be children playing on the park grounds.
Fires are allowed in the park. Please contain fires in a fire pit or vessel. Do not burn trash – WOOD ONLY. Please be aware of local burn warnings. A community fire pit is in space #15 for our tenants’ enjoyment.
A laundry facility for Dogwood tenants is between lot spaces 9 and 10. Please, NO CLOTHESLINES in our park.
No feminine products, cigarettes, wipes, diapers, or other improper articles shall be placed in the toilet/septic system. Due to potential damage to the septic system, powdered soap must not be used.
The maximum number of vehicles per site is two. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, and trailers are all considered vehicles. No parking permitted on roadways. Discuss parking of vehicles or equipment that exceeds the allowed number of vehicles with the Landlord.
Absolutely No ATV usage within park premises.
Dogwood does not allow fireworks or discharging of firearms in the park. An outdoor shooting range can be found within the Yuchi Wildlife Management Area. NO TARGET SHOOTING IN THE PARK, PLEASE.
