Our Campers
We are happy to provide lodging for Plant Vogtle workers while they are in town for work. Located just 12 minutes from the plant and 15 minutes from Downtown Waynesboro, we are ideally situated for a comfortable stay. When you come home from a long day or night at the plant, enjoy the peace of our park.
Our campers are fully equipped with various amenities, including a full bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, Full or Queen bed, dining area, and a couch. Additionally, we offer a bathhouse on-site, a dog park, a laundry mat, and a community fire pit area. For a detailed list of amenities, please visit our amenities page.
All campers come bare bones. You are responsible for bringing bed linens, blankets, pillows, cooking supplies, and bathing essentials.

Single-wide FEMA campers. Full-sized fridge and regular house toilet.
Electricity, water, sewer, and propane are included in the above price.
$190/week campers
Smaller bumper-pull campers with at least one slide-out. Camper shower/toilets.
Electricity, water, sewer, and propane are included in the above price.
$200/week campers
Smaller fifth wheels, larger bumper-pulls, or handicap FEMA campers. Larger showers/regular toilets are available in the handicapped FEMA campers. Normal camper showers/toilets in fifth wheels/larger bumper-pulls.
Electricity, water, sewer, and propane are included in the above price.
$210/week campers
Larger fifth-wheel campers. These units have larger camper fridges, showers, and multiple slide-outs.
Electricity, water, sewer, and propane are included in the above price.
$220/week campers
Our largest or newest campers. Multiple bedroom units or campers with multiple slide outs and lots of space.

Spacious RV Sites
Our spacious sites are flat, with natural ground covering for a more pleasing space. We also offer shaded or open sky spaces to suit your preference. Our roomy spaces make for a relaxing RV campground experience.
Our sites have an electrical pedestal (20-amp receptacles, 30-amp RV, and 50-amp RV), water, and sewer hookups.
